Day 94

This post is just an update on the caterpillars I found yesterday:

Early in the morning (around 8:30am or so) I went to check out the caterpillars and man are all the leaves gone! Also, I only noticed 2 big ones and 2 lil ones. I eventually found one more burrowed in the soil. I guess the others got eaten?

I should mention I was pretty stoked when I found these caterpillars yesterday. I didn't have the heart nor want to kill them off because I wanted to see what kind of butterflies they would turn into. Well, thanks to the internet, I found out what these caterpillars will become... MOTHS! Ugh, now I have the want to kill them, but not the heart. I am hoping birds will scope them up and maybe that's how I lost 3 of the bigger ones?

Also, I did check my cherry tomatoes in a brown bag with an apple. They are still green.
